Training-Verse acknowledges that you are providing us with your contact details. Our commitment is to treat this data only for the purposes of quotes, promotions and notices of our own services.
Except to fulfill the above purposes, we will not transfer your data to any third party.

This document is the Privacy Notice of Training-Verse (the "Responsible"), which is made available to You (the "Owner") prior to obtaining, processing and transferring your personal data (the "Data") .
I.- Data collected and purpose. The Data you provide us includes: (a) Full name; (b) Email; (c) Telephone, cell phone and/or fax, which will be treated for the following purpose of keeping you informed as a subscriber about courses and promotions.
II.- Warning in case of use of electronic means. In the event that the Owner provides their Data through electronic means, including the website (Internet) of the Responsible Party, then the Owner understands, accepts and acknowledges that:

In order to comply with the purposes of this notice, as well as to be able to store and process your data, the Responsible may deliver all or part of the Data to third parties, including suppliers of goods or services, national or foreign, who need to know this information, such as information storage servers, who will be obliged, by contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the Data and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. The Controller undertakes to ensure that your Data remains confidential and secure.
V.- Transfer.- The Holder understands and accepts that the Responsible Party is authorized to transfer the Data to third parties, either for a fee or free of charge, respecting the purpose of this Notice at all times. If you do not agree that your Data is subject to transfer, then you must not provide any Data.
VI.- Access, rectification. The Owner shall have the right to request the Responsible at any time for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding their Data, for which they must send a request to: info@training-verse.com
The request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition must contain and accompany the following: (1) The name of the Holder and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (2) The documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the Holder; (3) The clear and precise description of the Data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and (4) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Owner's Data.
VI.- Modifications. The Holder agrees and agrees that any changes to this “Privacy Notice” or to the privacy policies can be found on the website www.training-verse.com. It is the Owner's obligation to periodically visit said site in order to verify the most current version of the Privacy Notice.
